We that good or Michigan bad?

There were definitely some positive things we learned about ND against Michigan. Are there any concerns to ponder?

  1. Excellent show as usual, gents, sorry I wasn't able to free up to get there. I'll try and keep my calendar more flexible from now on.

  2. Excellent 1st 2 Casts guys.... After the game I checked your last week's predictions and indeed, I saw Mike nailed the score! Right on dude... If U repeat this week I'm gonna suspect you know a few referees. Hope ur correct about our Special Teams... I'm rather getting the long term belief BK knows absolutely nothing about ST's play. I'm also a Philly Eagles's fan, & analyst Seth Joiner said 'It's difficult to beat a complete football team', meaning good in all 3 phases... I can't remember who was President when ND last had a kick return for >16 yrds... (Clinton?) I doubt BK knows who the Rocket was.

Yes ND's D was very impressive, which I found to be strikingly similar to how impressive the NFL Eagles' defense played in their opener. The only real negative that hit me was ND's anemic lack of Offensive scoring throughout the 2nd half. But interestingly, Ed's analysis of how Wimbush's repeatedly taking solid hits earlier in the game can/will affect his passing accuracy would certainly contribute to the offense's ability to score points.

Always look fwd to your casts. Ya, will surely be rooting for (Uggh..) Michigan from here out. Enjoy the game.

    1. Not a bad analogy between the Eagles and ND. Let's hope last years success transfers over to the Irish this year. HA!

  3. Outstanding show, gents, agree with every word. IF Mr. Sull is going to get credit for the one play, I submit my dad for the other two.

    1. If we go 8-5, lookout! Heads will roll. But in all honesty, I think 10-3 is accurate with an outside shot at 11-2.

  5. Mike, I disagree with the 10-3, will be a really good team and I look for Michigan to win 10 or more
