Baptism by fire - Freeman in must win game

Freeman 0-3 at ND. Can he inspire his team to a must win against Cal?

  1. You all have a lot more optimism than I do, It’s easy to blame the QB but the preparation (which is causing the lack of execution) is everywhere. Logan Diggs doesn’t block, Tge RB s are prepared the receivers have no fundamentals and the mine is terrible.
We can win a few games with our talent but we’re just a very horribly prepared team in all aspects of fundamentals. Just bad football

  2. I m so hurt by all this, I knew their would be growing pains but not to this level. I ve coached football and it is so easy to see kids just not fundamentally sound,
Notre Dame should never be in a situation where we are grooming people for the next jump.
It should be a destination job by prepared experiences (successful) coaches like Ara and Lou

  3. You guys have lost your way with what was an enjoyable listen every week win or lose. Go back and listen to your opening-we’re not looking for cogent analysis, stop with the film breakdown and return to your passionate fan perspective.

    1. No, they haven’t lost their way. The special part of this podcast is they are real, and informative without all the politics

  5. Where is Tyree, and are playmakers. Not sure what is going on with the offense.

  6. The scary part about this team is their isn’t one particular weakness, all the areas are average to poor.
The offensive line, receivers, running backs defense etc,
It’s like their is no leadership or sense of urgency. What has happened to our program?

  7. The AD should be fired. This has been the worst hire since Jerry Faust. Where’s the resume. This is horrible. I don’t see the Irish winning a game this season. Coach has no head coaching experience and unfortunately he has proven that. Fire Jack. He should know better

    1. It was a poor hire but let’s let it play out. He seems to love the university and works a lot harder than most coaches. If he can keep his staff, and players from the portal he has a shot to be good

  8. It’s obvious we’re gonna struggle with good teams. With BG beating Marshall it only magnifies how far we have dropped, the scary thing is we could become a Nebraska or Colorado fast and take years to get back to relevence

  9. Our offense is no where near the talent level, receivers don’t sell the play if it’s not gonna go to them. Also
Could someone please tell Pyne to stop watching the play develop and being a spectator for our backs running the ball?
