This is my last post on Merryweather, Not sure what is going on, confidence? If he can’t get involved against these last two teams how is he gonna help us with the better teams?
This isn’t gonna be an easy game this week, NC State is very underrated program and dangerous, Especially at home. Well coached, Weather could be an issue (rain).
I like the kid a lot. Ton of talent. Just needs to gain some confidence and he could contribute heavily this year. I do think it's critical he get some touches over the next couple of weeks so he's comfortably in the mix for OSU game.
The targeting discussion was outstanding. would like to see more consistency, I ve never really understood the rule and how it’s evaluated.

Add Duke as another top 25 team we play this year.
ReplyDeleteI disagree with our backup QB, Steve is no where near the level we need at this time, Wish we still had Pyne as a backup.
ReplyDeleteThe one stat that sticks out to me is they allowed 6 yards a rush vs UCONN. Looks for the ground game to take over up front fox the Irish

Irish had a really nice game, 4 of the next 7 games vs ranked teams,
